- Authorization Letter or Special Power of Attorney from the Real Property Owner
- Official Receipt for the payment of the requested document in the Treasurer's Office
- Valid IDs of the property owner and Attorney In Fact (AIF)

- Original Transfer Tax Clearance with seal

NOTICE TO UNREGISTERED LAND
( Per Section 13 of P.D. 1529, Land Registration Agreement)
Recording of instrument relating to unregistered lands. No deed, conveyance, mortgage, lease or other voluntary instruments affecting land not registered under the Torrens system shall be valid except as between the parties thereto, unless such instrument shall have been recorded in manner herein prescribed in the office of the Registry of Deeds for the province or city where the land lies.

To give quality service to the taxpayers and Taliseños, maintain and adequate a systematic record of all real properties situated within the jurisdiction of Talisay. To discover, list, appraise and assess real property in the municipality based on the existing laws, rules and regulations governing real property taxation. Provide the Assessor’s staff of appropriate training necessary to enhance their knowledge so as to perform efficiently with utmost competence.
